As of now, this feature is only available on the Logos Web App, but will be going through the version 9.9 desktop beta process.  We wanted to make our users aware that this feature has been added as well as encourage users to give it a try and provide feedback.

To locate the "Version History" feature, open Sermon Builder on the Web App and make sure the Sermon Info right sidebar appears.  There is now a third icon within that area that is shown in the screenshot below...

Once content begins to be created, you will see the timestamps created.  Then, in instances where the sermon document is worked on across several different days, you will see the version history broken down by day as seen here.  If you click on the small arrow just to the left of the date, it will expand out the different versions captured on that specific day.

Thank you for your help with testing this new addition to Sermon Builder.  We hope it's a help to many and absolutely welcome feedback.

Thanks Austin

This is a really helpful development.

I don't expect to use it much in the webapp but look forward to it appearing in the 9.9 beta cycle on desktop

Do you know if this will be available in a similar way on mobile?

I see this as being helpful, but does it need to record changes minute by minute.  I would prefer a log of when i hit the sync button.

Mobile integration is absolutely on our roadmap as well but I don't have an expected release date for it at this point.  Thanks for the kind words, Graham.  Our development team has done an incredible job with this and will continue to look for ways to improve it moving forward.

Awesome.  I have lost chunks of my sermon a time or two due probably to a syncing hiccup.  This should go a long way toward preventing that sort of thing from happening.

You're right in that this feature will also provide this benefit.  Fortunately, our development team has already resolved a large portion of the syncing errors that were happening.  Those fixes are releasing here very soon.  However, it's not a guarantee that we resolved every single possible scenario of a syncing issue, so the version history feature will definitely assist with those rare cases.

Thanks for giving it a try.  I appreciate everyone's help so far.
