My default Bible is the NIV 1984 which does not list parallel passages in the synoptic Gospels. So I wonder what the easiest and fastest way is to find a parallel passage. Here is what I have tried:

- The New Treasury of Scripture Knowledge (and similar resources) contains too many references.

- The Explorer Tool / Power Lookup Tool / etc contain too many details.

- The Passage Guide contains a section "Parallel Passages". This is what I have been using and it does a great job. However, it requires quite a few clicks.

Is there a faster and easier way to find a parallel passage?

I use the Passage Guide and just link it to the bible and keep the parallel passage section open. No steps required once set up. Or you can select your favorite bible harmony and link it to the bible.
