Hi everybody
I thought this was discussed in these forums but I can't find it.
Please help me figure this out.
This only started in the last couple of days IIRC.
Windows 11
Logos version 9.9
Thank you
Bill: I tried selecting any of the choices but nothing happens. No highlighted text, no highlight note doc, nothing. When I click the three dots in that little menu to open the context menu and select add highlight on the right nothing happens again.
You get a choice of 5 highlighting styles, similar to the choices in the "little" menu (there is no "add highlight"). When you hover over an icon it should tell you what the style is:
Is this what you see?
When you click the icon, that style should be applied to the selected text.

Thank you Dave. Yes, that is what I see and click on, but it does nothing.
I just retried applying a highlight directly from the highlight tool itself but it no longer works either.
Could this be a Windows 11 thing?

Did you verify that the visual filter for the associated document is turned on? If not, you are creating the highlights but have them set to invisible.

Thanks for the reminder JT. I can confirm that the visual filter is turned on and the problem persists.
Update.
Thank you everyone for trying to help.
I contacted support and discovered that all of my most used custom highlight pallets were corrupted somehow.
Hopefully this helps anyone else who runs into this issue
