Bom dia. Fiz o pagamento mais não recebi ainda nada por e-mail e nem apareceu no ambiente virtual.

You may need to contact Faithlife directly. Here are some potential solutions:

  1. You should verify that you used the same credentials (email address and password) when you made the purchase and what you use on your mobile device. It is good to double and triple check just to be sure.
  2. You can kill the app and open it back up again.
  3. There is a command that can help trigger a download, but I am not sure if you would need to run it in English or Portuguese. I am having a brain freeze right now and can't remember the command. If I remember it, I will edit my post. 
  4. You can delete the app and reinstall it.

the command (in English) is rebuild index . This command does not do the same thing as the desktop command, but simply rebuilds the library index (list of books) on the local installation.
