I highlight various verses in my personal hardcopy version of Bible with boxes, underlines, or colors. I follow Jason Mayfield. In Logos, is there a way to create a “legend” for highlighting?

Try looking up Highlighting in the help file and come back with specific questions if there is anything you don't understand.

Many folk have devised schemes for highlighting so that they can use inductive bible study.

Indeed

1. Open Logos (or ensure it is open)

2. In the search bar type 'Open Help'

3. In the dropdown menu under resources select either 'Open Logos Help' or 'Open Verbum Help'

4. When the help window opens type 'Highlighting' in the resource search bar.

Applying this method, varied by what you want help with, might save you some time with other questions.
