I need a book for a class I am taking this semester. It was available in Wordsearch, so Logos has it as an Epub. I emailed customer support and asked if I could somehow pay now and get access to the Epub (as a customer who has invested an absurd amount of money, including Collector's). They responded that there is no specific timetable to convert those books and that it depends on customers ordering it (despite the resource saying "in production") and that the epub version is only available to customers who already had access. This seems really silly to me. Logos has an ebook edition of this resource already in their system, and I have to cancel my prepub order and get it on Kindle instead. Why not let anyone buy an ebook edition at the Logos resource edition price, and then update it to a research edition when it is done?
Please let us buy this massive new Wordsearch catalogue now, instead of waiting.
