If you have David Black's Learn to Read New Testament Greek | Logos Bible Software in your Logos library or thinking of purchasing it, you can watch him teach through the book in a set of twenty-four videos which he looks to have released on YouTube last year.

He is taking a class of students in Addis Ababa the capital of Ethiopia in 2005.  In what I have watched so far, he is quite engaging and keeps it interesting and fun. Here is a snippet of him teaching the Greek alphabet as an example: Chapter 1 - YouTube

The full series of lectures can be found here: Learn to Read New Testament Greek - YouTube

Having the text open on a second monitor while you watch or open your mobile device if you have only one monitor is beneficial.

If you are using this grammar the workbook is also Learn to Read New Testament Greek, Workbook: Supplemental Exercises for Greek Grammar Students | Logos Bible Software.  The answer key can be downloaded from this link.
