Hello Faithlife proclaim team, the proclaim platform is wonderful and has improved our worship experience however the subscription we have bought for Faithlife on air+pro media is not working. Proclaim keeps on notifying us that our free trial is over even though we already bought the annual subscription. We have already tried solving this through the international phone number however that doesn't work from Australia where we are based. We also wrote several emails however received no response. After looking through the forum we saw similar problems such as ours which got solved through the technical admin side.

Hi Paul

The forums are mostly frequented by well meaning volunteers. The easiest way to get hold of tech support is on the phone. If you are outwith the USA then Skype can be an economical way of calling them.

Hi Paul,

I'm going to follow up via email for clarity.

Actually after a bit of a look it appears your presentation team somehow was unaffiliated with your Church group (which is where we apply your Proclaim subscription). I've reaffiliated your presentation team as a subgroup of your Church and that should resolve your issue.
