HSV (Herz. Statenvertaling) is not opening in Logos Mobile on Android Device.

The HSV (Herziene Statenvertaling) can be downloaded in Logos Mobile on my Android Device, but is not opening because of an "unknown error". 

I can download and open HSV without any problems on:

  • MacBook Air (desktop app and mobile app)
  • iPhone (mobile app)

But not in Logos Mobile on Android Device (Onyx Boox Poke2 with Android 9). The TOC (chapters) is available, but doesn't bring you to the contents.

I tried to

  • Download and open several other resources at random. Running fine, no problems
  • Remove HSV from the device. Download it again. Not opening 
  • Close the App several times and reopen it. Let it sync. Download HSV again. Not opening
  • Turn the device off and on again. Download HSV again. Not opening
  • Tick the Poke2 box in the HSV info panel (library) in Desktop app. Download HSV again on Android device. Not opening.

I have exactly the same problem, the Herziene Statenvertaling is giving an error on all my Android devices.

this may be the same issue as with the new German language Basisbibel that shipped recently. FL now put a warning on the product page that Basisbibel will not be available on mobile devices "for a short time" after shipment. I'd assume that when they fix the problem for the one, this will fix the problem for the other, too - and I hope this really is only a short time. 

Running Logos 9 latest (beta) version on Win 10

Same on my iPad.

Michel, this resource will open on iPads and iPhones, as long as the latest version of our app (9.13) is installed.

Please open the Logos app.  Then tap on the Menu icon (three horizontal lines in the lower right), tap on “Help:, then go to “App Info” > “Version” to confirm which version has been installed.

You will need to have iOS /iPad Os 14.1 or higher to run the current version of our app.  If so, you should be able to run updates from the App Store, or re-install to get up to date.
