Since the release of Logos version 10.0.0 for iOS and iPadOS, my layouts have not synced. For example, whenever I edit a layout, go to the menu, and tap "update layout," the change never transfers to my other devices. Highlights are syncing.
Here are the measures I have taken to resolve the issue:
- Ensured both devices were connected to the internet;
- Confirmed both devices were signed into the same account;
- Manually synced data from the settings menu;
- Restarted both devices;
- Uninstalled and reinstalled apps on both devices;
- Removed all mobile devices from my account.
I am unsure if this is a known issue, but it appears to be a legitimate bug.
