Anchor to name or place for study

Is it’s possible on mobile app or web app when doing a study on a person or a place to add to the note to all the names of that person or place in bible, so that when you read and you see the name somewhere the note is tided to the name.

I'm afraid that's not currently possible on any platform - desktop, web or mobile

I use notes quite a bit - but nowhere near as much as some - but my use of the capability is relatively simple - I am aware that others have invested much more time and effort into building a powerful system of note taking that works for them.
Most of my biblical notes are tied to Bible References (and so are visible in all versified resources).
I don't tend to do studies on particular individuals in the way you are describing. If I did, and wanted to keep notes on that study organised, I would probably create a notebook for Biblical People and then have a note for each person. There wouldn't be a visual indicator in the text but I would know to look there to see if I had any notes on that person.
There is one option I can think of that you might find useful - but it is only available on desktop (not mobile or web).
You could create a note against a lemma - so the lemma for Abraham's name for example - and then search in your notes for that lemma. That would enable you to easily find your note but, again, there is no visual indication in the text that it exists.

Thank you, unfortunately I only have iPad, no desktop. So if you would create Notebook Biblical People and add all the people notes in there How do you name each Note with the person name then By using tags or how.

Yes I would probably use tags - and then you can filter by the tag.
But I'm aware if you are creating a lot of such notes you would end up with a lot of tags

The other option is to make a notebook like you said, and with little longer work do an inline search on the word and anchor it on every word, I will have a long anchor list, but on mobile your note pops up without the anchor list and you can read your note on the pop up when you press on the icon. I will give that a try and see how that works.
