I wrote an email a couple days back to Jim Ray in sales because he was recommended highly in here. Unfortunately, I've not heard a peep back from him even though the email address did not bounce. Is he still with Logos?
Joe, I don't know, but I doubt he is gone. My own sales guy, Jared AT logos dot com, was away for a while on vacation a couple months back, and I don't remember an email saying "I am out". You can call the sales team specifically, or try emailing Jared (if you don't want to wait). They have several sales people who will treat you well.

I've gotten email as recently as Monday Aug 30 from Jim-Ray, so he is still with the company. He always replies to me within 24 hours and usually apologizes if it's more than 4 hours (even if I sent my email after business hours one evening and he replies to me the next morning!), so I would guess he's either on vacation or sick. If the former I would be surprised he hadn't set up an out-of-office auto-responder (though I've never received one of those from any Logos employee -- maybe they don't tend to use them, or maybe I just haven't caught anyone on vacation before -- they sure do seem to work a lot, they didn't even take Labor Day off), so perhaps we need to pray for him.

I just called Jim-Ray's extension at Logos and he is on vacation until the 13th.

I'm alive, well and still with the company, just a little more sun-tanned . I had setup my Out of Office Assistant, but perhaps, never activated it ... if this is the case, I'm sure you're not the only customer wondering "what happened to Jim-Ray?"
