Why is it that my interlinear does not show any of the interlinear in Biblia? All I see is Hebrew text. Is there some view button settings that I need to activate? Can't find any.
Sorry Mark, we can't currently display interlinear data on the web. We have to convert our resource format to HTML for Biblia, and don't yet have a good way to structure the output in a way that will align the interlinear cells in a web browser. I'm sure we'll get to it some day

Wasn't Logos 3 html based and it had interlinears? I know Logos 4 has switched some things but couldn't you use those older Logos 3 files to give us interlinears on the web? I think I speak for a lot of people when I say we'd really like a solution sooner rather than later.

No, for many reasons.
It's probably not coming soon because there are features that we think will provide more value. That's not to say that we won't ever support interlinears.
Logos 3 reports and dialog boxes were delivered in HTML, but book display was done with custom code.
Doing a quick Google search for "Online Interlinear" showed two common solutions to the problem:
Neither solution works well with LOGOS's desire to display books as printed - though both solutions are better than not having any interlinear.
I would really like to see interlinear display. It would also set Logos apart from other apps.
I guess if you did mouse-over translation and parsing of Greek and Hebrew words we could those features, but wouldn't an interlinear be easier to make?
There are at least a couple of web sites that show interlinear displays of Greek and Hebrew with the English. I never bothered doing a View Source to see how they did it, but perhaps there might be a clue to doing it that you haven't considered. I imagine it's still a mess with all the different browsers, but that's always a web developer's migraine [*-)]
Those of us who own Windows 7 phones appear to be out of luck with Logos. There is no Logos app for Windows Phone, and all we have is the very limited Biblia.com, which is a "reading" application rather than a "study" application. We can't even get an interlinear!
This is especially galling to those of us who shelled out big bucks for the Scholars Gold edition, paid even more big bucks to upgrade to Logos 4, and then paid even more bucks for extra commentaries, study tools, etc.
I'm sure I'm not alone in thinking that Logos is spending a lot of resources on Apple and Android development using funds gathered from Windows customers like me.
Well, Charles ... you could view as helping those that are less fortunate than you. (I use WM6.5 with the interface stripped off, so just about nothing Logosian works!).

Not to start a war, but as an avid WM 6.5 user, this is my last Windows phone. It's clear the war is over and Windows has lost, on the phone. There is so little support for it across the industry now, and Windows 7 really hasn't sparked much interest compared to iPhone and Android. When you look at these stats, it is not surprising that Logos sees investment in Windows mobile as further down the long/extensive list of priorities...sadly...
I love my Windows Phone 7, and everyone I know that has purchased or used one loves it.
Admittedly, Microsoft was late to the game with a decent phone OS, but eventually they will catch up.
There is absolutely no comparison between Windows Mobile and the Win7 OS. They simply cannot be compared, they are so different from one another.
Also, when Windows 8 comes out, everyone who uses that version will be using a very similar OS to the Windows Phone 7 OS.
