Are the Maps and other charts from the ESV study Bible available to exported to Keynote? Also Is the new Map book by ESV going to be coming to Logos?
Yes, Maps and Charts can be exported to Keynote. There have been requests for the Bible Atlas but sending additional email to Logos to let them know your desires cannot hurt.

Print and Export not yet available in Logos 4 Mac - can copy and paste (including screen captures).

While Printing is not available you can "export" to Keynote. Right click (or whatever you use to alt click) on an image or a chart in the ESVSB and you will see an option "Send to Keynote" which does work.
Apologies - as Rosie pines "Learning Logos is an iterative process, and you've got to start somewhere." Knew Resource Panel on Mac did not have Print/Export.
However, appears Print is an option along with "Send to Keynote" and "Send to PowerPoint":

Indeed. I hadn't tried the print there but it does indeed work. That tells me print services are not far away overall. Pagination is always a pain from a programmers standpoint but it is definitely a well trodden path.
One quick tip, I did notice a difference between the "Send to Keynote" and the "Copy Paste" method with the ESV study note images. If you do a straight copy and paste into keynote the image comes across sharper than if you use the built in "Send to" options.
