L4 Not Working Properly

Every time I open a new window (search, passage guide, etc.) L4 stalls. I have to minimize the program in order to be able to type in the command/request.. Also, when attempting to use the exegetical search, it stalls or is extremely slow. So, before I delete and reinstall (been having little quirks/ problems ever since I reinstalled after a windows 7 clean install) I thought I might seek your guidance to other possible solutions. I am including log files with this post.

The program is looking for updates, so delete C:\Users\Lane\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\nauxbqu5.ipn\UpdateManager\Updates.db & restart L4. Upload logs if this does not succeed (Note that you can select several files and get them zipped into one file).

Thank you for the help. As to selecting several files, I tried that, wouldn't let me do it. Must have done something wrong.

Initially, yes. However, encountered a situation last evening where the program was stalling. Possibly could be a windows thing. Waiting to do some more testing to find out.

After a couple of days of trying to use L4, I still have a problem of stalling or hanging up. Example: Click on the search icon and instead of the search window popping up, it stalls. Have to minimize the program then upon maximizing it the search windows appears. same is true when attempting to type a word in the search box. Any suggestions for a course of action?

It would be best to contact Customer Support as they can look into your computer.

Was able to make contact with Customer Support. Turns out I had to be handed over to Level 2 support and the problem was a Font Cache File. Seems that there is a compatibility issue with Windows 7. Thanks for your help.
