Dan,

I suspect you are referring to the Greek New Testament:SBL Edition? It is not Greek-English, but is the only free NT with Greek that I've heard about.

The Cascadia Syntax Graphs of the New Testament: SBL Edition and The Lexham Greek-English Interlinear New Testament: SBL Edition went out to those with earlier copies of those resources (those with Scholar's Silver and above.)
