Scrambled text in 4.2a RC1

I've noticed this behavior throughout a rather lengthy period of releases and thought I would bring this to the attention of the Devs. See screenshot:
This happens when scrolling in "prioritize resources".

I was eventually able to reproduce the display issue, and the app crashed immediately afterward. Both of our logs have been submitted to development. Thanks.

Melissa, could this bug be related to the one I described in Notes @ http://community.logos.com/forums/p/30241/224592.aspx#224592 ?

My guess is that they're not. The crash I experienced will be fixed in 4.2a SR-1. Development is still working on the display issue.

Melissa, still an issue in 4.3 SR3.
when scrolling down quickly the list becomes scrambled as in screenshot, new to this 4.3 version is that by scrolling back to the top of the list slowly it cleans up the scramble mess. Before this version I would need to close L4 and reopen and scroll ever so slowly.

I've included this new information and screenshot to the existing case. Thanks.
