My wife is in her second semester of Greek and is getting quite the collection of Sentence Diagrams under the File tab. I haven't been able to figure out how to do a single file to store them under to clean up the clutter.

There really isn't a way James, beyond creating all your diagrams in one file.  But note that the search box there in the file menu instantly sifts through what's there to help you quickly find what you're looking for.

However,

You're not alone in wanting a different method of sorting that menu, there's a few other requests in the forums for it too.  So you're in good company.

How would you create all your diagrams in one file?

Just open the file and go down to the bottom of it once opened, and add your next diagram there.  It's not really a good idea.  I only offered it as an extreme (if poor) example.

I'd provide some pictures but I'm not on my Windows machine right now so no Logos.

The alternative to the search box is to create a folder in Favorites and drag all the sentence diagrams there, preferably in canonical order, and with subfolders if you have very many. That'll give you a better overview of what you have.

So, I have created the file under favorites and have dragged the diagrams from the file menu. So, can I delete the diagrams under the file menu?

No! That will delete your files altogether. The file menu is like a quick search of all your files. I organise all my files in favorites as well. Use the file menu if you know the name of what your looking for, otherwise having everything organised in favorites is the way to go.
