I have a situation. My Customer ID is my old email address that I don't have any longer. I updated my email address however my password will not sync with my Customer ID. Is there a way to change your Customer ID to a new email address?

I am not sure but I think the change of your email address doesn't change your Logos ID. You will have to use your non existing email address as your ID and your new email for the communication. That is how I understand it.

If you're using the iPhone account, you want to use your www.logos.com login, not your Libronix Customer ID. (That's stored on the /MyAccount page at www.logos.com.)

They can do something about it at customer service, you'll have to call them first thing Monday.

Thanks Bob. That is what I am doing but it doesn't show me any of the books in my library. It seems that some people have access to their commentaries, etc... so I was thinking that for whatever reason my account hasn't synced correctly online which is why I am not seeing those books in the iPhone app? Am I mistaken?
