BWS graph not populating?

Is anyone else having this problem?
Open BWS to ἀρχή and in the translation tool click on the graph in the upper right corner of the tool. L4 opens another tab showing the graph. But it is blank. This used to work. (EDIT: click here to open BWS to this word).
i am using L4 version 4.2aSr4

Apologies, unable to replicate using Logos 4.3 Beta 2 (4.30.0.0208)
BWS problem is similar to Bible Word Study Problem
Also noticed screen capture is bit odd since no Bible version is showing after lemma in, but before Number of Hits in Book.

Do you get the same symptoms if you use another translation?
Hi Graham,
Yes, i just tried 5 other versions using settings and they all do the same. hmmm
EDIT: if someone else with 4.2aSr4 could try this and if it works in that same version then i would contact customer support.

Wonder about changing BWS version to default bible, then close Logos 4 and open Logos 4, then try BWS again ?

May also want to include diagnostic logs (e.g. Logos4.log file)
Using Logos 4.2a SR-4 on a Mac, saw same BWS graph for a second, then version appeared along with graph results.
Edit: if click BWS to graph results before BWS sections populated, may crash Logos 4.2a SR-4 on Mac (happened 2 out of 4 tries).

i was on the phone with Customer Service and they needed a screen shot, so i posted it here while on the phone with them. They logged in to my computer and tried some things. But they will get back to me later.
Thanks for the help here on the forum!

Wow, I had no idea you could do that. Works fine for me.

I use it, but on Mac, unfortunately (well, not unfortunately for me, but unfortunately for you right now).
Have you tried clicking on the same little graph under 'Lemma' instead of 'Translation'? That should open the same bigger graph, I find when I try.

Hi fgh,
perhaps you could take some time and view the wiki: http://wiki.logos.com/Bible_Word_Study#Translation_section (see item 2c). You might find some other things you might not know about. It took me several days of playing with BWS to figure out as much as i could so i could build the wiki page.

Thanks, Steve, I'll try to find some time for that tomorrow (or at least during the weekend). There have been several BWS threads today, and they have also brought back to me some things I wondered about half a year ago, some of which still seem to be a problem. I've been trying all day to find time to go through it all properly and see what I can figure out, and what I need to post about, but it takes a concentrated effort, not just minutes here and minutes there, which is all I've mustered so far. And by now I'm too tired for that kind of thing.

This was fixed today by Sarah in Customer Service. She ended up opening the LEB and started a BWS from there. Once the BWS opened she clicked on the graph and it worked. My guess is that it cause some db to be updated. From then all graphs from BWS are working again.
Thanks Sarah!
