When I finally downloaded SR-4 it did not rebuild the indexes, but Rebuild Bible Index still indexed LXGRCANLEX
1781.Logos4BibleIndex_SR4.log (139 were indexed and I have 138 of type:bible!).
The line Info BibleIndex Re-indexing because the existing index seems to have been corrupted is strange since I initiated the rebuild!
Please make a fix available thru Rebuild Bible Index ie. so it doesn't index everything that is there!

I've been told that the resource itself is fine, that the issue is an application issue, so there's not much I can do either way. Thanks for the follow-up, though.

The issue I reported has not been fixed as SR-5 still indexes LXGRCANLEX (the issue of the Bible drop-down list was subsidiary).

Do you have a log showing this? You mentioned in the other thread that the dates in the BibleIndex folder indicated that was the case, but I wonder if the LibraryIndex files were also updated at the same time?

After the download both indexes were updated with LXGRCANLEX (log lost). I subsequently rebuilt the bible index in SR-4 and SR-5 as shown above.

Development is looking into it. Thank you.

Back home now and I updated the Desktop (SR-3) which had a 199 MB download. It:-
- Updated SR-3 to SR-5
- Updated/indexed LLS:HRMYGSPROBRTSN to 2011-03-31T17:45:40Z
- Updated/indexed LXGRCANLEX to 2011-04-04T17:18:26Z
- Built LXGRCANLEX on both Indexes
- Continued the download for 1000 Bible Images and indexed it.
I was impressed that after downloading SR-5 and the the first two
resources L4 wanted to install SR-5, but I ignored the tip and SR-3
continued the download. When I tried to start L4 it advised that an
update was available and I let it install SR-5; which indexed what had
been downloaded and then continued the download for 1000 Bible Images -

In Beta 3 the LXGRCANLEX is no longer indexed in the Bible Index. (This will take effect the next time the Bible index is rebuilt from scratch.)
The fix, which was included in 4.2a SR-5, to remove LXGRCANLEX and ANLEX from the resource selector for Morph Search did not make it into Beta 3. It will be in Beta 4.

Sorry, but LXGRCANLEX was downloaded and indexed as a Bible by B3, as well as rebuilt with the Bible Index.

NB. Got the updated HCSB with the download

The fix for indexing LXGRCANLEX will be in Beta 4, not Beta 3. (Beta 3 still has the known issue that LXGRCANLEX will show up in Morph Search, even though that's already been fixed in 4.2a SR-5.)

This is still not fixed in Beta 4 ie. LXGRCANLEX is still indexed as a Bible.
