Update not working

Hi,

I'm using:

Logos Bible Software 4.2a SR-3 (4.21.5.0932)
(Biblioteca Platino Bilingue [KF])

Installed in two computers and one of them is giving me problems with the update:

Windows XP Professional
Version 2002
Service Pack 3

After installing the software on the XP computer I was using it without problems but yesterday a new update was available and the blue icon shows up in the tray area. Then I noticed that it freeze at 0% out of 43 Mb. I run the update now command and the system confirm that a new update was available. I restart the program and then the blue icon shows up but it quickly disappears. Restarted the computer and again the program says new updates are available the blue icon shows up and quickly disappears.

Any ideas?

Dave thank you very much for your support.

I keep reading the wiki and forum and found out that the problem was related with my proxy settings. Fixed that and the update completed successfully. Anyways I followed the link you provide and downloaded the setup file. Again thanks.
