I am guessing this is a problem related to everyone updating today. But I saw one report of 30 minutes. Mine took a total of about 45 over two sessions (laptop and had to shut down and then restarted later). But finally after that length of time the blue icon did show up and is now very slowly downloading. This is not the best way, but I wanted to test it as a fresh install to report on how it does. But be patient.
