A resource window that has any amount of columns utilized, does not retain column settings when changing resources via PRAs.
I get three columns going to one column when I change resource, change resource again and it looses column view altogether.
I like a single column for my commentaries, but every time I change commentary it changes my settings =/

Yes, but it retains the setting for the resource you started with and effectively goes to "default" for others. So the Column setting applies to that resource and there is not a "PRS Column" setting for all resources in the PRS (PRA = L3!).

Righto, so it isn't a bug. Perhaps another area that can be improved though. If one likes a reading view other then default this means they need to change every resource manually.
There was a previous discussion on this (note: Paged View = Columns, and not Reading View). Check User Voice (or Suggestions forum) to see if there is a proposal to improve it.
David,
this could be viewed both ways....I don't think that defaulting to "do this action for every resource" should be the answer but I do think that a "preference" of some sort would be in order....
For myself, I can see why someone would want some resources to not be in column view....

I agree a preference option would be ideal, while keeping the setting of individually changed resources - which Logos does now.
