Prepub Revisit Request: Preacher's Homiletic Commentary

I have the print edition of this that I'd like to pass along to one of my students. He has the same look in his eye that I did every time I entered my former pastor's office. When my pastor retired he gave me the full set for which I have been grateful for years. I cannot pass the set along until it gets published in L4.

I'll be the first to agree that the Preacher's Homiletic Commentary (38 vols.) is a bit dated, somewhat similar to The Pulpit Commentary (77 vols.), and perhaps not for everyone.

However, I'm asking ( Left Hug ) that those who use such things revisit the page for a second look. I bid $80 in an effort to help it along...

I also have the print set on my shelves and I still use it regularly, as it is has very helpful suggestions/hints.

I have been in on this since (also at $80) it was moved into Community Pricing in February 2010. It represents very good value for money, as it looks as though it will go for around $40!
