Many Logos forum users have gotten to know each other quite well over the past two years, whether in person or right here in the forums. People have shared prayer requests, helped one another with sermons and orders of service for special occasions, given study advice, and even cheered users' family members on in things like America's Got Talent!
You may have seen the Newbie thread at some point, and you may have even introduced yourself there. But we decided to start a thread that lets new users as well as longtime forumites to introduce themselves to the community and share a bit about themselves. That way we all can have a better idea who we're talking to in the forums. (This will be especially helpful if you've been trying to figure out who all the dogs are that keep posting.)
BUT
Question: What fun is an event like this if there isn't an opportunity for great deals as well?
Answer: Absolutely no fun at all!
SO
We decided to do a hidden promotion for every forum user who introduces themselves in this thread. Simply post below, answering whichever of the following questions you're comfortable with. Shortly after posting, you will receive an email from the sales team explaining the details of the hidden promotion.
EDIT: Feel free to go ahead and introduce yourself by posting below even after Logos' business hours. The sales team will continue emailing people as quickly as possible when they return to work.
EDIT #2: If you post in this thread but don't hear anything from Sales for more than 12 hours, or if you post in this thread over the weekend, please know that we'll make sure you don't miss out on these great offers! Check out this thread for a note about how you can help us take care of you!
EDIT #3 (6/20/2011): Thanks everyone for participating in Forum Week! It's been great to get a glimpse into who so many forum members are. With Forum Week coming to a close, we're no longer following up on posts in this thread with a promotion email from the sales team. Nevertheless, we'll be leaving this thread up as a great way for people to introduce themselves to the forum community....this has been far and away the most popular and longest thread in the Logos forums. Feel free to keep it going!
Just one rule: Please don't post the promo details or prices in the forums
