Hi Logos,
Is there any plan to release Greek-Chinese and Hebrew-Chinese interlinear? If not, is it possible for user to create one using PBB? Thanks.
Bumping this back up ....
A Chinese greek/hebrew interlinear really sounds exciting and hopefully a Logos rep can speak to the potential maybe on Tuesday, after the holiday.
Back, maybe 10 years or so, Logos had a Japanese/English interlinear. But a direct Chinese to the original languages would be even better.
A PBB interlinear would normally require a database of Chinese/greek pairs (or hebrew pairs) if you know of such. After that a PBB would not be difficult to approximate an interlinear, cycling multiple lines and calculating the horizontal spacing. A formal interlinear as Logos does would be considerably more involved (programming logic).
I do this now for some of my Laridian books and include color highlighting as well.
I'm sure George will be in to advise on the tremendous value of interlinears in general (smile!).
A better place for requesting a new resource in Logos 4 would be the Suggestions forum or suggest@logos.com. Your request will get the proper attention there.
An interesting would be indeed to have an interlinear Chinese-Hebrew and Chinese-Greek.
It should also include the Strong numbers and definitions, translated in Chinese
