You need to be more descriptive. What are you doing that is slow? Are you using offline or online books? What sort of internet connection do you have? Are you using an iPod | iPhone | iPad?

Everything is slow. from opening the program to loading my library to actually loading a book. Im using an iPhone4 and all 1772 books in my library are downloaded (besides the resources that you can download). Most of the time im on 3G coverage but that shouldn't matter if I have the resources downloaded. right? Its usable but its defiantly lacking speed. I guess its allowing me to become patient.
I don't have an iPhone, so I can't compare. Of course, READING books offline is largely independent of your internet connection, but everything else is in the cloud.
If I'm in poor 3G coverage I find the app will struggle, even if I have the resources downloaded. It seems it defaults to always trying to connect if a connection is present. Now I usually just switch to airplane mode to force use of locally stored files.
I have found that when an iOS app is running slow, it is a memory problem. If I take the time to close opened apps, it immediately picks up the speed. I am sure you probably already tried this...

John,
Why would you want to download your entire library? Is there any advantage to that? I typically download only those resources I commonly use or expect to use in the immediate future. I'm just guessing but I would think that might have someting to do with the efficiency of the app on your iPhone.
