I would like to be able to customize my home page more. For instance, I don't have any interest in having the lectionary there. But as far as I can see I have no option to delete it or replace it with something else.

True,

On the homepage..you can "scoot" things to the right or left and reshuffle them but that's it.

For me, the Lectionary does appear on the blue bar at the top.  If you select 'customize' at the lower left hand corner of your screen when Logos is maximized, there is an option to select 'lectionary' (or, deselect) 'lectionary' and it disappears.  I don't know if this is what you were looking for?

Correction, the 'lectionary' is not removable via this method, sorry.  I was ahead of myself there :)
