This is an exciting surprise!
I guess there is no reason to worry about EEC series volumes with to be announced release dates!

I'm pleasantly surprised! Looking forward to reading Seth Ehorn's contribution.
Nuts. Er. Great! But I'm still only 1/2 through Ezra and Nehemiah. I guess I get to stay up late reading it tonight so I can start on Philemon soon.
Cool!! [:D]
The second addition to the EEC collection doesn't disappoint. I love the excursus on how Gentiles would understand Christos. I compared the size of the book and it is comparable in size to Moo's contribution in the Pillar series.

Should we expect a version for L3 users ?

I would think so. They provided a Libronix file for the Ezra-Nehemiah volume, but I don't see it listed on my account page for Libronix (Logos 3) yet.
Is this part of the mysterious 400+ MB download?

Not the only stealth release. I got Pohle yesterday, though it's still on the list to ship today. Either someone hit a button by accident, or they chose to release it to Catholic Library Builder owners a day before the ordinary release. Seems reasonable if they finished early. After all I've already payed for it, so I already formally own it. Those with normal prepub orders on the other hand, do not yet own it and might not appreciate to be charged before they're ready.

One of Ramsay's volumes was nearly 300MB. It's now the 2nd largest item in my Resources folder, after Biblical Places. Almost twice as big as Earthly Footsteps. Haven't opened it yet, but there must be an awful lot of photos in there!

I checked the download script under the "previous versions" link on the original EEC invoice. It only has the Ezra/Nehemiah volume. The place I would expect it to show up is in the "downloadable Libronix files" section at the bottom of my order page. It lists all titles in the set and includes a file link for the one released. If that is indeed the place they will all be posted it will be quite a feat to scroll down to that point when the last volume is released in 2019.My order list may be 10' long by then.

Thank you for answering my question. Now I know why I haven't yet succeeded in downloading Earthly footsteps to Logos iPad App or Vyrso
Looks like you can got it via the link on your orders page (probably witha Jun 7 order date, so you can just search for that date)
Else you can download it directly from the FTP site.

Does not yet show up as downloadable to Android.... [:'(]
Receiving this new commentary is both great and intriguing. This is definitely one of the perks to having it in electronic format; there is no way that we could get part one of a two part book had it been a conventional book! It leads me to wonder why they list this book as “Colossians/Philemon,” of this was an option. I assume this means that once Colossians is finished that the two parts will be united to form one “book.” Is it then also safe to assume that other books of the Bible will be released similarly? How about the issue of referencing this book? What title would one refer to, if it will be changed at some point in the near future? Note that these are not complaints, rather some questions that I was left with!
If I use it to write a paper I will use it as it currently is.. Philemon: Evangelical Exegetical Commentary.. later if it changes then any papers I write will have the new name.. but today it is what it is.
