Simple and intuitive, and when opening new resources, they go in the proper place--a new Bible tab in the slot where your Bible already is, a new dictionary or cross-ref resource in a separate window. What I'm tryiing to get used to is not dragging windows around myself, but it's another one of those new-paradigm things that we'll all "get" eventually. I like to micro-manage where my windows are, but I can see how the tabs will be a better solution.
I'm looking forward to learning all the keyboard power shortcuts such as F7 for comparing translations. That one rocketh, verily.

I agree; really like the tab design.
