In following his steps, experienced crash as noted, but did not have logs enabled.
Enabled logging (thanks KS4J)
Followed steps mentioned by KS4J in a later post (clicking "More" before scrolling). Everything seemed to work until I closed the BWS window. Then L4M "closed unexpectedly"
