Hi Guys
I purchased my base package via email through the sale department and got a discount (I'm guessing the academic discount , which was about 30%). However, I didn't realise there was an actual program and have spent about $1200 on resources this year (not including the base package).
Does anyone know if Logos has been know to give a 'store credit' for people in this situation?

If it's been within the past 30 days they would definitely give you a refund of the difference (it would be effectively the same as returning and repurchasing, and they do have a 30-day return policy no questions asked). If longer, they might do it -- it's worth asking. Call Customer Service (1-800-875-6467) and explain your situation. You would have had to be eligible for the academic discount at the time you purchased your base package for them to even consider giving you the retroactive discount.
