You don't know how right you are! The Customer Service and Support staff is amazing. They are working around the clock and putting in overtime this entire month. They are doing an amazing job with a completely new product line and flexing to new questions and issues that come up on a regular basis, getting the new info and getting right back to serving the customers.
They are doing an awesome job!

Randy ought to give them sodas with their pizza. Since there is an over-abundance of Type-A personalities in the users ranks. (I have been told that is a job requirement to stand in the pulpit. )
I think they are just Wonderful! And I did have to call this week and was quickly & courteously helped.

Early on, someone suggested that we exercise the fourth fruit of the Spirit as we all gain experience with L4 and work out the problems. I have been extremely encouraged by all those who have contributed so much to making this newer, better version work. As a former project engineer/manager, experienced with giving birth to new projects, I know only too well the amount of stress our good friends in Logos CS, tech support, and throughout the organization are experiencing. Thx guys and gals for all your hard work! I await patiently your wondrous new additions as you are able to get them out to us. Thx!!!
