Most Footnote Numbers Missing in a Paragraph Copy and Paste from NAC into MS-Word
When I did a copy and past from Daniel L. Aiken's commentary on 1 John in the NAC series, specifically on 1 John 5:16, most of the footnotes would not paste at all, they were missing. For example, footnote numbers 236-240 do not display at all when pasted into MS-Word, but footnote 241 does paste and display in MS-Word. Footnotes 242-247 do not paste and display, but footnote 248 does paste and display. The last footnote, 249, does not paste and display either. So, out of 13-14 footnote numbers in my excerpt, only two would paste and display the footnote numbers in the pasted text (never mind that the contents of the two footnotes 241 and 248 did not appear in the paste, either, though that would have been useful to have as well). Any one with ideas on what might be wrong, or what I might be doing wrong? Thank you in advance.

Wondering about Logos 4 version and Word version ?
Apologies: using Logos 4.5 Beta 10 with Word 2010 (32 bit 14.0.6112.5000), unable to replicate. Selected all NAC text for 1 John 5:16, including 249 footnote at end, copied in Logos 4, switched to Word 2010: new document, then pasted. Needed to change Word 2010 view from Web Layout to Print Layout to show footnotes on page:
In Web Layout view, hovering mouse over footnote # has a pop-up with footnote information.

I tried this using Word 2007 - and Logos 4.5 Beta 10 - and it works fine for me as well.

I have the following screen print - only footnote 241 seems to show up (in red text in my screen shot). I am not using the beta version of Logos, just 4.3 SR-7. I am using MS-Office Word 2007 SP3. I am stumped as to the cause of this problem. I may have to upgrade to Word 2010 to see if that fixes the problem since no one has yet duplicated this problem with my combination of Word and Logos 4. Thank you for checking.

Using Logos 4.5 Beta 11 with "Copy Footnotes" set to No, then superscript 241 appears in Word 2010 (without footnote text):

I had "Copy Footnotes" set to "No", so when I changed it back to "Yes", all the footnote numbers show in the paste (along with all the footnote content, which I would have expected with "Copy Footnotes" = "Yes"). Not sure whether it is still a "bug" that some of the footnote numbers still intermittantly pasted in when "Copy Footnotes" is set to "No".
One new feature that probably should be added to Logos 4 is a "Status Bar", such as what MS-Word and Excel have, so that users can see at a glance what some of their configuration settings are at, such as "Copy Footnotes", "Citation Style", "Use Internet", etc. Such a Status Bar could also be dynamic, depending upon the type of resource being used, too. Concur; was a bit surprised to see footnote # 241 when "Copy Footnotes" was set to "No"

Option: can float Program Settings for now. For Search, would be nice for a status bar (or icon) to show if matching case or all word forms.
