Is it possible to manually change a resource type for a resource? For example, when I use the passage guide, there are certain reference works I would like to include, and others I would prefer to exclude. I suppose I could make a collection and search that, but I thought maybe it would also be possible to change the resource type on some resources and so include them or leave them out of the "Commentaries" portion of the passage guide.

No, that's not possible. If the type is wrong, you may suggest Logos to change it, that's all.

Abel welcome to the forum.

It may be helpful for the purpose you want to acheive if you create a custom passage guide http://wiki.logos.com/Building_a_Custom_Guide_Example  and http://wiki.logos.com/search.aspx?q=custom+passage+guide
