viewing/reading infographics

I'm new to Logos software and wondering how to be able to adequately view infographics as a full page without having to zoom out so small that I can't read the text and zoom in too big that I have to move the image around so much.  Also, is there a way to eliminate the gray shadow portion of the layout if I only want to see the graphic itself?

Apologies: not know how to remove gray shadow; when window is wide enough, gray moves to the side

Option: float panel with Infographics, click "actual size", resize floating window to show entire image:
