Hi folks,
My question is very much in the title of this post. I have the NRSV Reading plan as a book/resource, but is it possible to have it incorporated into the blue ribbon? This would be a little more convenient!
Hi Stephen.
I made that book back in Libronix DLS 3 when there was no way to make a reading plan dynamically that supported the deutero-canonical materials. Logos 4 doesn't have the same limitations - you can start a plan for any range of books you want, starting on any day, rather than being tied to the calendar 'daily-devotional' style.
If you've been using the NRSV ARP all year and want to make a new Logos 4 Reading Plan help you finish out the year, start a new plan, choose the NRSV, and replace 'All Passages' with '2 Maccabees 7-15, 3 Maccabees, 4 Maccabees' (using the comma separated list will prevent the Esdras books you've already read from returning to the plan) and then set a calendar date of Dec 31, 2009 for completing the plan.
Thank you Vincent for getting back to me and providing such a helpful answer. I appreciated the plan you originally created back in Logos 3 days, and I appreciate your answer today. Cheers!
