I just installed eBible Deluxe 2002 on a new computer and somehow entered my info as a new account. The program then assigned my current email as the customer ID. But the serial number is already assigned to an ID that was my email when I originally bought the program. Is there a way to correct the customer ID? There doesn't seem to be any way to make a change to the ID. I have tried uninstalling the program but it still auto-fills my new ID which doesn't match the serial number on my CD case. Is there anywhere to get a new serial number and activation code?

Welcome to the Forums! I would recommend calling Logos Customer Service when they open Tommorow, they should be able to help you.

You will have to call Logos and have them change it in their database.

Customer Service can merge the accounts for you.
