In L3 we could post a note on a verse, say John 1:1, and in any translation (or resource laid out in bible format) that note would pop up.

Is this still working? I've tried several different translations and different notes on part, on all and anything in between to get the note to show up in another translation.

Thanks for the help.

Todd

click the tri-circle/visual filters button at the top of the resource. Make certain the note file your are using is checked, then it should show little colored boxes that if you hover over them you can read your note.

Tried both suggestions. The visual filter option only gives me the note in the translation I made the note. So if I make a note in ESV it isn't available in NKJV.

Huh, it works for me.

Step 1

Step 2: Type your note; it may take a second or two for the Bible view to refresh with the colored box indicating there's an annotation.

Result (if the visual filter is selected on both translations):

Odd, after I posted my pictures I opened up my NKJV, and the yellow box was there with my note.

Never mind, I figured out what I was doing. I was selecting text and then adding the not, instead hover over the verse and right click without highlighting, then add the note. That will probably do it for you.

Thanks guys. It was me. I was highlighting/ selecting the verse before clicking on Referance note. Just Right clicking in the verse did it!
