I am trying to see my presentation in the logos app.  Its not showing up.  The location is set correctly for where I am, everything is connected to the internet, I am running the latest versions of everything, I have the settings on my phone turned on for presentations, I have signals in the presentation.

I can't seem to figure this out.  It can't be that hard, right?  Thank you for your help! :)

It shouldn't be! I assume you're putting the application On-Air? 

Also, do you have Location Services turned on for your phone?

Same problem for us tonight. couldn't get the signals to work. we were on air.

I'm sorry to hear you are having issues following your presentation. Could you please provide information about the mobile device you are using.

Make and model of the device

OS version

Application name (Logos Mobile or Faithlife) and version

 

Another thing to check is the current location as reported by the device. Confirm this by opening the Map application on the device and see the current location. If the device has poor GPS signal or the wi-fi based location is inaccurate we may not be able to find the presentation.
