I'm just writing to see if there is a journaling section of the program for personal devotions and the like. I know that there is a "notes" section, but I'm new to the program and was wondering if that was available. Thanks!
I am not aware of any journaling section in Logos. The notes are really aimed at annotating resources. You could make them work for a journal I suppose, but I think there would be better options for you to keep a journal than Logos.
Although Logos does not have a Journaling section, this would be a feature many people would use if available. It can be handled though the Notes feature, but lacks a tie in to a calendar. I have made my own Notes file for Journaling, but the manual effort to create a 365-day Journal each year in Notes is not that trival. This should be an easy feature to add to Logos Bible Software, sure to delight even more customers. Hey Logos, why not make the best Bible software even better by adding a simple Journaling feature, please? Thank you.
You're right...and at this point, I use MacJournal which works great for me. However, I just thought that it might be a great addition to a great Bible program. I also wasn't sure if I was missing something as I'm fairly new to Logos overall and we're ALL new to Logos 4.

I suppose you could attach a note file to one of the daily devotionals. If you put a note on each day you could use one note file a year.
