Bug with deluxe map set on IPad 3

I have Nielsen, deluxe maps on iPad 3 and when displayed at thumbnail the maps can be seen, however, when double tap on a map to view on full screen all that appears is a black screen. What is the issue? I have deleted and re installed but no success

This is a known issue with some resources. I believe that a fix is in the works, but I don't have a time table on it.

Hi David,

There are two versions of that resource: "Nelson's Complete Book of Bible Maps and Charts", and "Nelson's Complete Book of Bible Maps and Charts, Revised." Which one do you have and specifically which map are you seeing the issue with? It would also help to know which version of Logos you are running. Thanks!

Ah! Sorry about that, I saw "Neilson" and thought you meant Nelson since they have map resources. I've reproduced the issue and will write up a case for our Development department. (Just so you know, Logos 4.6 is the current Desktop version and Logos 3.0.0 is the current iOS version.)
