Sorry Kyle, the mobile app doesn't support read aloud. In addition to technical issues, some publishers balk at extending this ability to users licenses. They would much rather prefer you purchase their audio book format. [;)]

I am considering buying an iPad and i was wondering if there is a read aloud function on the ipad? If not, is there any plans on implementing this feature?? It would make my decision very easy if the ipad supports this function!

There was a recent post from Logos in the Android forum suggesting they are planning to do it - but no timescales.
I guess that means it will come to iPad as well0 -

Yes, this feature is in the works but has not yet been implemented.

Kyle, you can copy and paste text from a logos book into your note app and than with the iPad VoiceOver on highlight the text and hit speak. It will read the text to you. It is not perfect but it is better than nothing.
