Please see this link to a youtube video demonstarting a program that gives you the ability to move files and programs to the external SD card http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p8PyqCOpERA

You can download the bind directory program here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1410262

Once yu download the file to your device change the .zip extension on the file to .apk and then click on it and install and follow the directions in the video.  The path on my device to the logos files is sdcard/Android/Data/com.logos.androidlogos.

Please read the first post on the xda developer site for the program as you may find that you need to check the "alternate dbase mngmt" setting in preferences to get it to work on reboot.  I lost the directory bind when I rebooted and Logos was unable to find my offline files.  I went into the directory bind program and restored my database (make sure you backup the database as described in the video) and then checked the "alternate dbase mngmt" setting and rebooted again and it worked fine from that point on.

I now have all my logos resources on my external SD card and it works fine!!  As explained in the video the speed of access will depend on how good an SD card you have.

Boy what a blessing this is! I first read this post a few weeks ago and quickly figured out how to root the Note2 so I could put it to use. I didnt watch the video unfortunately and dint realize I had to click the button to put the rule into place. Frustrated I left it alone for a couple weeks. Today I looked into it again and figured out where I went wrong. It now works great! Thanks amillion for this post. I can now save a great amount of my libray to my phone. It truly helps as here in the field, internet is sometimes hard to come by. Hopefullythe team here will soon eliminate this problem so that we arent forced to hunt down workarounds like this.

As directory bind is no longer supported by its author and doesn't support  android 4.2 I found another app.  Folder Mount found here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2192122

Was made for 4.2 and those before it.  It is also made to be more user friendly and it's author seems dedicated to continue h

is support for it.

Note that this requires you to root your device. If you have an AT&T phone, you're out of luck.

There are plenty of options for rooting AT&T phones. Is there a particular model you're speaking of? I might be able to steer you in the right direction if you'd like the help.
