Right before Logos 4 came out I had upgraded my laptop to Win7 and had reinstalled everything including Logos 3, easy transfer worked well in that regard. About a week after installing Logos 4, I discovered that my laptop actually was 64 bit capbable, and I'd just back everything up so I decided to do a custom install of win7 64 bit and all my other programs. However, I decided not to reinstall, Logos 3 and just installed Logos 4. But some of the resources I have used in Logos 3 didn't seem to be with me on this clean install of Logos 4 (mainly a few resources from a program put out by Concordia Publishing House).
The laptop is my main computer, but I do have one in the church office, which sits next to the laptop which has Logos 3 still on it, and hadn't been upgraded to Logos 4 yet. I downloaded Logos 4 on it, keeping Logos 3 still on it also, and now have the two Logos 4 syncing with each other. However, those few resources, are still not on the laptop. In my library on the laptop it shows I have 1820 resources, but the desktop has 1848. I have tried syncing both, updating resource, update now, and still nothing seems to bring the extra 28 resources over into my laptop. The install and indexing and syncing finished earlier today on the desktop computer, but when I try syncing, it doesn't add any of the other resources to my laptop. Am I missing something. I don't want to install Logos 3 on my laptop just to bring in 28 resources, but a few of them are important to me. I thought part of the syncing feature was to keep them both up to date on that side of things. Any thoughts or suggestions?
