These are the files for the Denver Seminary Annotated Bibliographies/Recommendations.  Links are either to the book in Logos, or in the case of a book in Pre-publication, it will link to the cheapest way to order that book on Pre-pub.  Books without links are not available in Logos now or on Pre-pub.

I will keep this thread updated as new versions are released, so make sure to go to the last posts each time for newer versions.  Version numbers will be as follows:

[OT (or NT)][Year of Release].[Links updated with new Logos releases].[Minor formatting changes or corrections].

The first ones are OT2012.0.0 and NT2012.0.0

I did two separate files in anticipation of the lists being updated at different times.

Please post any needed corrections or inconsistencies, and I will update them as they come in with new versions.

Thanks to all of you who supplied information!

Thanks a lot!

Regarding the Witherington resource you hinted at in the other thread: You're looking for logosres:sorhet71php (Socio-Rhetoric Commentary Philippians)? I edited the Word hyperlink reference in my doc before compiling - works perfectly.

Do you happen to have a nice picture of Denver seminary for the PB?

Thanks again for this work!

Mick

Yes, I have already added the BW3 volume and was planning on adding the two Ridderbos volumes, but then they have changed the release date.  I will post the newest versions in the next couple of days.  As for the pictures, I did an image search for "Denver Seminary" and found two Denver Seminary logos;  one is dark and one is white, so I thought that they would be good for OT and NT.

 Thanks Lynden!

I got an email stating that they hope to have the updated bibliographies completed in the next couple of weeks.

That is strange.  I didn't have any errors.  I will check again when I get home.  Look through it if you have a chance and see if it seems ok.

Joseph, those are not errors, but warnings which do not affect operation of the resource. They are mostly—if not totally—meaningless anyway.

I can confirm what Jack says, it functions fully so they must be meaningless.

All of those warnings are harmless.

Joseph, there's a page on the wiki about what some of the PB compiler warnings mean and how to get rid of them (if you care to, but you can ignore them): http://wiki.logos.com/PB_%E2%80%93_Warnings_$26_Errors

In particular, "[Warning] Failed to interpret width value: 0pt" is caused by how Word does tables, and there's a workaround.

[Warning] Unable to apply topics to article ‘A_UNKNOWN_3’. Article Length is zero. and [Warning] Article ‘A_UNKNOWN_3’ has only 0 characters. come from blank heading paragraphs. Here's the fix for that.

Thanks everyone!

Rosie, thanks for the links.  I didn't even pay attention to the warnings when I built the books.

In light of some other threads concerning permissions for publication, I wanted to make clear that I have permission to post these files.  Dr. Hess simply asked that if I publish them here, I agree to continue to update the information when the seminary releases new versions.  I make sure and submit all changes made to him, and I always send him the link to this thread.

These new file versions should not create warnings.  The only thing that has changed is that the empty heading fields have been taken away and the table in the OT version has been set so that it will not create warnings.

Awesome, thanks guys!

Also, one cool thing that I noticed yesterday.  I went through and highlighted all of the books that I owned, and then just to test it, I deleted the file used and changed to the earlier version from 2012.  I was pleasantly surprised that it still hightlighted the information that I had in the other file.  These are the first PBs that I have ever really messed with, so I am still learning.
