Just finished updating software to v 4.6a SR-5...  Icon at top of screen says Logos Bible Software is indexing and gives current percentage of completion.  Do I need to be connected to internet for the indexing to continue or can that happen 'off line'?

You do not have to be connected to the internet to index… but you do need to leave your computer on.
