Did you say the update fixed the Hebrew transliteration error? I installed 1.2.1 (without upgrading to Snow Leopard) and they still aren't displaying properly for me. Did I misunderstand because I'd REALLY like to get that bug fixed.
The problem is with the Hebrew font in 10.5. 10.6 fixed the font issue and we were able to turn off the transliteration in 1.2.1 if running 10.6.

That makes sense. So if I'm reading the forums correctly, the 1.2.1 update will fix the transliteration issue if I upgrade to Snow Leopard but will then introduce several new issues? Just trying to decide which bugs I'd rather deal with.
I think the only other main issue we are seeing is the Hebrew fonts in reports and tips windows, but the actual reference or text is showing just fine.
Matthew,
1.2.1 does not introduce bugs, it fixes minor incompatibilities with Snow Leopard. There are a few incompatibilities left which will be fixed with a future update that Logos has said will come soon.

Does this mean that Logos Mac will not display Hebrew texts correctly unless I upgrade to Snow Leopard which is incompatible with other applications? Indeed, I believe that others have reported problems with Snow Leopard and Logos 1.2.1.

hmmm... that is phrased kinda' badly. What I meant to ask is there no plan to fix this for 10.4 and is the effort going into the new "4.0" equivalent release?
Joe, the developers are aware of the issues and are working on it.
Here's what I get in compare Bible versions with 1.5.1. Looks like something got tweaked in the font handling. My Senior Pastor reported it to me and I duplicated it on my system.
sorry, this is a 10.6 problem.
Word 2004 also had problems. I ended up rolling my pastor back to leopard last Friday.
Thanks for the new update 1.2.2. It appears to have fixed the language issues, as I can now get the Greek and Hebrew text. You guys did a great job getting the update out quickly.
