Damian,
I don't have the resource, so can't replicate, but did you put it on the bug list? I see Bug re Cited by but not Font in Footnotes.

Hello?
Anybody home? (well, I know you're not this weekend)
I wrote this on December 9th, no acknowledgement.........
Pretty poor effort considering that the word "bug" is in the subject heading in capitals.....

At http://wiki.logos.com/Bug$3a_Information_window_garbles_BHQ_information, the History shows that it was changed to "fixed" on December 21. The fix will be in 4.0b Beta 1.
http://wiki.logos.com/Bug$3a_Font_does_not_display_correctly_in_BHQ_apparatus is "confirmed"; we've reproduced it on one machine (but not consistently); we continue to look into the problem but the developer to whom it's be assigned has been on Christmas holiday since the 24th.

Thanks Bradley I don't check the bugs everyday.
I would have thought that there might be some acknowledgement here of a fix.
Anyway, glad to know it will be fixed...

So, like YAY there Damian!
Now all we have to do is to get the Hebrew lemma search fixed and I can go drain my bank account on SESB 3.

You're right--this thread did appear to have been ignored, so it would have been helpful for me to add a comment when one of the issues was fixed. I'll try to update the forum thread when marking bugs fixed in future.

The BHQ apparatus still has a font problem: This symbol (as shown from v3) is still defective in v4:
Do you have the latest 4.0b beta installed, or 4.0a SR-3?
Thanks,

Melissa,
I'm running the Beta.
But, this was a problem on December 9th, which I don't think was a Beta, so I'm guessing its in all versions.

I believe the font issue is still being worked on, but I will follow up with development on that.

Thanks Melissa.
It's only one character - but it is a pretty important one

I have a similar problem. The critical apparatus font for the GNT do not show. However, it shows after I copy and paste the text on a ppt or Word document. The BHS and BHQ is working well.

Welcome, frantz!

This is a very old thread, so it may not really be that you have a similar problem - it is generally advisable to start a new thread for new issues.

In order to help you best, we'd need a lot more information, such as the version of Logos you run on which machine, the font choices you did in the program settings and the font the apparatus markers appear in when you have them in Word. Nowadays (unlike back when this thread was alive), Logos embeds the fonts with the program, so they should work. But you can try this:
See https://www.logos.com/support/logos6/windows/missing-fonts and make sure you install LogosSymbolUnicode from the Faithlife-provided fonts. Then restart your machine and see how it works.
Have joy in the Lord!
